Pet Peeves

Published by sunnflr at 10:17 am under Life Edit This

Do you have some pet peeves? Things that really get on your nerves when you see others do them? I bet you do. Everyone has something that really burns their butt. Here are a few of my pet peeves.

  • I hate to see people with leashes on their children. I know they are trying to keep the kids from getting lost, but whatever happened to holding your child’s hand or putting them in a buggy? It just seems the lazy way out to me. We never lost our son when he was smaller and he didn’t wear a leash.

  • It drives me crazy when someone pulls out in front of me on the road and then goes ten miles an hour! If you’re going to pull out in front of someone at least get a move on.

  • People who talk on their cell phones while in line to give an order at a restaurant are just plain rude. They make it take extra time for everyone involved because the cashier has to wait for them to finish their conversation before taking their order. Talk after you’re done ordering!

  • What about people who blow snot out their nose in public? Don’t you just hate that? This one is mostly older guys. It’s just gross!

  • Picking your teeth while sitting at the table is not nice either. At least get a tooth pick if you have to get something out of your teeth right away.

Those are some of my worst pet peeves. What are some of yours?

First I have to comment on the man blowing snot out of his nose. I was on a bus one day when an old man stood up at his seat, opened the window on the bus and blew his note outside the bus window. It was really gross to see that.

As for pet peeves, I despise self righteous people and people who try and manipulate you into doing something you don’t want to do.

I go crazy when I’m in a taxi and the driver is on his cell.

I hate people who talk about your friendsin a demeaning way.

Eewww, that’s even worse than when they do it outside. Some could have flew back in the window onto someone else!

Seems taxi drivers would get in a trouble for talking on the phone while driving. Probably no one tells the dispatchers though.
